Why are you all digital?
We prioritize instant gratification, premium quality and maximum social reach.
Physical prints and props get lost, damaged or left behind.
Digital content delivery gives guests high-resolution media instantly that lasts.

Glambot, 360 videos, and AI effects that paper printers cannot handle.
It also eliminates printing bottlenecks to keep lines moving,

How many hours do I get with my rental?
All DigiBooth and 360 Booth rentals are minimum 2 hours.
Glambot rentals are minimum 3 hours.
All rental packages cover up to 3 hours. Extra hours are available
at an additional cost.

Can guests download their content immediately?
Yes. All photos and videos are shared instantly via text, QR code, email or Airdrop.
Do you provide an attendant with the rental?
Except for our DigiBooth drop off service, yes all other rentals will have a
professional attendant to setup, operate and breakdown your rental
Can we customize the branding and templates?
Absolutely! We design custom graphic overlays and digital start screens tailored to your event.
We can also provide custom branded 360 booth platforms and custom backdrops as well.
Do you accommodate outdoor events?
Yes if weather permits. We require a level surface,
complete overhead shelter if necessary and stable power access.
How early do you arrive for setup?
Our team arrives 60 to 90 minutes prior to your start time depending on your rental.
Setup time is included in all packages.
Can we get a digital gallery of all the event media?
Yes. Event hosts receive a download link to the complete digital gallery after the event.
What happens if the venue does not have Wi-Fi?
If venue does not have Wi-Fi access, we can provide a hotspot at an additional cost.

Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We carry full commercial liability insurance and can provide a COI to your venue.

GrandSnap Digital is located in and services Atlanta, GA, all surrounding metro areas and
select USA markets based on location and rental service.
